Muhammad Toha Fauzi is an Indonesian citizen, born in Bangkalan Regency, January 28, 1966 (56 years old).

He completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Gadjah Mada University in 1991 and Master of Civil Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology in 2003. M. Toha Fauzi has served as Director of Operations I since July 2021 with a five-year term, previously he served as Director of Operations II PT PP (Persero) Tbk for the period (2019-2021), Director of Infrastructure Construction PT PP (Persero) Tbk for the period (2017-2019), Director of Operations of PT PP (Persero) Tbk for the period (2016-2017), Head of Operations Division of PT PP (Persero) Tbk for the period (2011-2016).

M. Toha Fauzi has been appointed as Director of Operations I based on the appointment of SK-231/MBU/07/2021.
