Brantas Abipraya Wins Best BUMN Award at the 2023 Public Information Openness Award
Jakarta, 19 December 2023 – President Director of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), Sugeng Rochadi received the award as the best BUMN 2023. The award certificate was handed over directly by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin at the Public Information Openness Award event at the Vice President's Palace.
Awards were given to various ministries, state and non-ministerial institutions, non-structural institutions, BUMN, political parties, universities and villages. For the BUMN category, Brantas Abipraya got first place followed by PT KAI (Persero), and PT Taspen (Persero).
In realizing the implementation of Public Information Openness (KIP), PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) has a vision and mission that is on point, namely the vision of becoming the leading state-owned company providing information services, with the mission of fast, accurate, effective service, competent human capital, and supporting media facilities. in providing easy and accessible information services for the entire community.
"The Brantas Abipraya KIP strategy is to realize Brantas Abipraya Management's commitment to provide excellent and comprehensive service, namely by providing various accessible and inclusive services for all stakeholders, especially the community," said Sugeng Rochadi, Main Director of Brantas Abipraya.
Sugeng said that Brantas Abipraya provides Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) service facilities at the Brantas Abipraya Head Office, KIP services are open and accessible, and can be used by the public, including people with disabilities. Not only that, Brantas Abipraya also carries out a KIP strategy through multi-platform services that are open to the public via mobile applications, namely through websites, social media and partner media.
When met in a separate location, Brantas Abipraya Director of Human Resources and General Affairs Tumpang Muhammad said that the Board of Directors was fully committed to supporting Brantas Abipraya's openness of public information, one of which was the presence of the Directors in the face-to-face KIP public test and percentages as material for the 2023 monitoring and evaluation stage held by the Commission Information Center at Mercure Hotel, Jakarta (28/11). Not only that, Brantas Abipraya has also prepared ammunition to strengthen KIP, namely by innovating.
The KIP innovations carried out by this construction BUMN include upgrading the Brantas Abipraya website to make it more user friendly, informative, and provide updates to provide information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; providing the PPID Brantas Abipraya Mobile Application which can be accessed by the public; optimizing the e-procurement website to provide general access for business partners, making the Company's goods and services procurement system fair and transparent; as well as carrying out ITSA (Information Technology Security Assessment) to ensure the security of information systems related to KIP, Brantas Abipraya collaborates with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BSSN).
It doesn't stop there, Brantas Abipraya has also prepared several new ammunition for 2024. Among them are improving information services that are more interactive, by using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Bots to make it easier for information applicants to access the Company's KIP and strengthening information system security using Honey Pot to ensure the network is safe from cyber attacks and fatal IT risks.
