Haryadi is an Indonesian citizen, born in Tanjung Pinang (Riau) on May 9, 1958 (64 years old).
He holds his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta in 1986 and in 1994. He also studied Development Studies at the University of California at Berkeley USA in 1999. Haryadi was appointed as the Company’s President/Independent Commissioner through the General Meeting of Shareholders and was appointed based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number 133/MBU/08/2015 on August 4, 2015, with a term of office of five years.
At present, Haryadi is still actively serving as a lecturer at the Department of Politics and Postgraduate FISIP Universitas Airlangga (1986-present), and lecturer at the Postgraduate Program in Political Science Universitas Airlangga (1995-present). At USU Medan, he teaches at the Postgraduate Program in Development Studies (2005-present). In addition, he is also a Senior Advisor to the Presidential Staff Office (2016-present). Haryadi is currently still active in several educational institutions and other institutions, especially in the fields of politics, communication, and education.
