First Day of Work in 2024, Brantas Abipraya Held Performance Evaluation of 2023

Serious about working for the country, on the first day of 2024 Brantas Abipraya immediately held a 2024 Working Meeting (Raker) to evaluate performance in 2023 (2/1).
With the theme Beyond Synergy Toward 2024, the working meeting which was opened by the President Commissioner of Brantas Abipraya, Haryadi, was held in a hybrid manner and was attended by all Abipraya employees, children and grandchildren of the company both at the Head Office and those in all Brantas Abipraya projects in Indonesia.
Sugeng Rochadi, President Director of Brantas Abipraya explained the meaning of Beyond synergy (limitless synergy) is the result of cooperative efforts, building interaction, elaborating good internal communication, mutual empathy and support so that a relationship of mutual trust grows, with a spirit of mutual cooperation working together, there are no barriers to communication. He also said that this power will make the formula 1 + 1 result in 3, 4, 5, 6, and so on.
"We have passed 2023, of course we have achieved many achievements, but there are also several notes that can serve as lessons for us to be even better in 2024," said Sugeng.
In the midst of the conditions and issues currently affecting state-owned construction companies, Brantas Abipraya must strengthen its business platform strategy with various innovations and improvements carried out in all lines of the organization, strengthening business processes, systems and human resources which will ultimately be able to realize solid operational excellence.
In his speech, Sugeng also said that all levels of Abipraya people must strive to create sustainable business growth and be able to take Brantas Abipraya to a higher level. The Board of Directors will continue to encourage the commitment of Abipraya People in the discipline of implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) which need to be improved within the Company.
Not only that, in 2024 Brantas Abipraya will focus on carrying out transformations in various aspects and business lines as an effort to encourage positive performance, create aesthetic quality standards in Brantas Abipraya projects, increase internal and external networking, as well as ongoing transformation in the human aspect. capital to create an agile, lean and productive organization.
