Indonesian citizen, born in Tanjung Pinang on 9 May, 1958.
Obtained his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from Gajah Mada University in 1986 and in 1994 respectively. He also studied Development Studies at the University of California at Berkeley, USA in 1999.
Appointed as Commissioner of the Company determined at Shareholders General Meetings based on the decision of the Minister of SOEs No. 133 / MBU / 08/2015 on 4 August, 2015, with a term of five years. He is currently a Lecturer of Department of Politics at Graduate School of Airlangga University and Lecturer at USU Medan teaching Development Studies and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya.
Having a lot of experience and expertise in the fields of politics and government, the man who was a facilitator for identification of UNDP Governance concept in a number of provinces in Indonesia and facilitators and post-conflict reconstruction in Aceh and Ambon and joined UN and USAID, is specialized in the field of Political Economy. For his achievement in the field of education, Haryadi has been awarded as the first National Exemplary Lecturer of Kemendikbud RI. In addition, he also received a gift from the government of Indonesia-Malaysia-Brunei, in the preparation of Equivalent Terminology Dictionary of Political Science, in 2009.

Obtained his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering at University of Sriwijaya Palembang in 1985 and holds a Master’s degree from UNSW Sydney in 1998. He has served as commissioner of the Company since determined at Shareholders General Meeting based on Decision of Ministry of SOE No. 133 / MBU / 08/2015 Date of 4 August, 2015, with a term of five years. Yusid Toyib started his career as a civil servant and has devoted himself in the Ministry of Public Works for over 29 years. He has obtained several honors such as Satyalancana Karya Satya X years, Satyalancana Karya Satya XX years and Satyalancana Wira Karya.Currently Yusid Toyib is the Director General of the Construction, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
Indonesian citizen, born in Semarang on 23 September 1969.
Obtained his Bachelor’s from the Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Islamic University in Yogyakarta in 1994 and obtained a Master’s from General Sudirman University, majoring in Financial Management. Throughout his career, he devoted himself to the Ministry of Finance. Bambang Riswanda attended many courses and trainings conducted both domestically and abroad.
Served as Commissioner since 2015, he currently also serves as Deputy Assistant for Construction Services, Ministry of Finance (2014-present), Head of Construction Services Business Secretary II at the Ministry of State- Owned Enterprises (2014), Head of Assets and Synergy Empowerment of SOE Ministry (2012), Kasubdit of Service Business IIIc1 SOE Ministry (2010), Head of Sub Division of Planning and Banking Business Performance II, the SOE Ministry (2006), the Head of Evaluation Division of Banking Business, Ministry of SOE (2002), Head of the Banking Section Evaluation of Directorate General of State Enterprises (2001). Attending a lot of training including: Training of pre Position GoI III (1997) in the Training Center for Finance, SPI SOEs in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (1999), Structural Training in LAN (2001), Procurement of goods and services in LAN (2010), Certification of Procurement of Goods & Services at LKPP (2012), State Ministry for SOE (2015).

He finished his undergraduate education at Gadjah Mada University in 1984, majoring in Agricultural Products Processing and earned a Master's degree from Tokyo University of Agriculture, Department of Food and Nutritional Science in 1990. In 1995 completed his Doctorate at the Tokyo University of Agriculture Department of Agricultural Chemistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Now he is a Commissioner assigned to the General Meeting of Shareholders by decree of the Ministry of SOEs No. SK-137 / MBU / 7/2016 dated July 12, 2016. Imam Haryono career as Pj. Head of Monitoring and Evaluation Program and most recently served as Director General for Development of Industrial zoning (Echelon IA) at the Ministry of Industry.
