Jakarta, 19 July 2021 - Welcoming this year's Eid al-Adha 1442 Hijri which falls on 20 July 2021, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), a state-owned construction company that excels in dam construction, handed over sacrificial animals as a form of concern for others. This sacrifice was also carried out simultaneously in the Brantas Abipraya Head Office and all Brantas Abipraya projects spread across Indonesia.
"This has become our obligation and routine every year. Later, our sacrificial animals will be distributed to underprivileged communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic," said I. Rudi Pudianto as Manager of the Secretariat, Public Relations and TJSL Brantas Abipraya.
He added, not only distributing sacrificial animals to people living in the vicinity of the Brantas Abipraya headquarters in Cawang, East Jakarta, this red-plated construction company also distributed sacrificial animals to people living around the Brantas Abipraya projects.
Even in a pandemic situation and activity restrictions, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of Brantas Abipraya to share. All sacrificial animals were handed over on Monday, July 19, 2021, to be handed over to people in need. Rudi hopes that this sincerity of sacrifice can continue to be a shared spirit in the midst of a pandemic, to achieve victory and goodness together.
"We also hope that through the sacrificial animals that we hand over, the meat can be distributed equally to people in need, so they can celebrate Eid al-Adha in blessings. Let's celebrate Eid al-Adha by complying with the 5M health protocol," concluded Rudi.
