Supporting Recruitment with SOEs, Abipraya's New Employees Join the State Defense Program

Jakarta, August 4, 2022 - PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) supports the 2022 BUMN Joint Recruitment (RBB) program. After undergoing a series of administrative selections as well as basic skills and field skills, finally the new Brantas Abipraya employee candidates who pass and then join the state defense program at the Education Center Engineer (PUSDIKZI) Bogor and TNI AL Marine Corps Cilandak. The activity was held from July 28 to August 2, then continued with the inauguration at the Tennis Indoor Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta (3/8).

"For this state defense activity, the Ministry of SOEs and the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) collaborate with the Army, Air Force, and Navy to hold a State Defense briefing for the 2022 RBB participants," said Suradi as Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management Brantas Abipraya.

Suradi also said that the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, appreciated the new employees of SOEs. During the inauguration, Erick emphasized that those elected were the best people. Of course, the public's interest in joining SOEs is very large, this is because of the desire to collaborate to do the best for the nation and state, but the chosen ones are the next generation of the nation who received the mandate. So that those who are elected must take responsibility for their choices, then contribute positively to their work. This inauguration event, apart from the Minister of SOEs, was also attended by the Deputy for Human Resources, Technology and Information of the Ministry of SOEs, Tedi Baratha and the HR Directors of SOEs.

Brantas Abipraya, which is known as one of the state-owned construction companies, does not only focus on producing superior infrastructure works, of course Abipraya also focuses on continuing to develop its human capital talents, this is done so that Abipraya personnel can always improve their competence and can compete strongly in the construction world.

As additional information on state defense activities, new BUMN employees are provided with material on preventing radicalism by the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), corruption prevention material submitted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), drug prevention delivered by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and material for early detection and early prevention (Deni-Ceni) of potential threats that may appear in each institution or company submitted by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).

“The foundation of AKHLAK character must be formed in Abipraya Personnel. Character building can be achieved from this state defense program, these new Abipraya employees are educated to work well together, be adaptive, harmonious and collaborative. Abipraya wants to produce quality young leaders for Indonesia, who are able to face various challenges ahead,” concluded Suradi.
