This was conveyed directly by Aries Zuswana as Manager of HC & Organizational Development of PT Brantas Abipraya in his presentation at the 2021 Human Capital and Performance Award event which was held virtually on Tuesday (23/11).

The event was held by BusinessNews Indonesia Magazine in collaboration with the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI), Indonesian Institute For Corporate Directorship (IICD), Indonesian Institute for Public Governance (IIPG), Human Capital Institute – USA, University of Indonesia (UI), Bina University Nusantara (BINUS) with the theme “Accelerating Corporate Value Through Human Capital for The Next Normal''.

According to Aries, Covid-19 has changed all lines of business. In fact, all existing human resources must have a new mindset to adapt to new habits.
“Covid-19 has changed your mindset. How can we coexist with him. This is where we have to adapt to what we can do," he said.

In the judging presentation, Septian Zulfikar Andwilana as the Training & Development Specialist also explained that entering the new normal era, the health protocols by Brantas Abipraya are very concerned and continue to be socialized not only in the Brantas Abipraya Head Office Building. All of these new normalities are also applied in the Abipraya project environment.

In terms of human capital, according to Ari Hariadi Suryana as Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, adding that all Abipraya personnel are able to work better in managing human resources as the company's main asset, more creative and innovative, especially in utilizing technology or digital to increase employee competence. .

Then, to ensure that the health of Abipraya's personnel is in excellent condition, Abipraya has also created a digital platform "Let's Get Healthy" which is embedded in the Abipraya Mobile application. "Let's Get Healthy" is a medium for Self Medical Check-up Assessment that must be filled out by Abipraya Personnel, both in the project environment and at the head office environment every day.

Finally, Aries added that the company will not give up under circumstances, especially for a company's existence.
