Brantas Abipraya Won Two Awards at the Same Time in the Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award 2021

Jakarta, July 16th, 2021 – PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) has proven its seriousness in building and developing human resources (Human Resources). This was demonstrated by this construction SOE by winning an award at the Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award 2021. In this award given by Indonesia Popular Mandiri, Brantas Abipraya won two awards at the same time for the category of The Best HR in Construction Industry 2021 and The Best Employee Value and Performance 2021.

"This award further motivates us to work even better in the future for Human Capital and all Abipraya Personnel so that they can work even better in managing HR as the company's main asset, be more creative and innovative, especially in utilizing technology or digital to improve employee competence," said Satiyobudi Santoso, Senior Manager of Human Capital Brantas Abipraya.

Representing Brantas Abipraya in receiving the award, Satiyobudi also added that this achievement could not be separated from the direction and guidance of the Board of Directors, the hard work of the Human Capital team, the role of various Unit Leaders or Leaders, and all of Abipraya people in developing Abipraya's HR competencies.

Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award 2021 is an annual award event in the field of Human Capital. This event aims to map the problems and challenges faced by various industries and institutions in Indonesia. This award can be an assessment and benchmark for the company's resilience in business continuity.

Brantas Abipraya is considered worthy of the award because it meets several indicators, including Business Survival, Sharpness of HR Strategic Plans, Digital Transformation and HC Development, Improvement of HR Skills and Competencies in Facing Crisis, and OHS System Mindset related to HR (safety culture). The fulfillment of these aspects enables Brantas Abipraya to outperform 400 other companies in this award event.

Maya Julianti as the Chairperson of the Organizer said that of the 400 registered companies, 120 companies were selected that passed the verification, and finally 25 award winners were obtained. The ceremony which was held virtually (7/7) was also attended by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziah, as the keynote speaker. She explained in his speech that Human Resource Management (HRM) has a very important role in supporting the government. advancing Indonesian Human Resources.
