He added, this BBS aims to prepare and train companies to have resilience in the event of a disaster, one of which is when COVID-19 attacks Indonesia. Since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020, Brantas Abipraya has implemented strict health protocols in the office environment as well as in the project environment to avoid the spread of COVID-19. The work on the project can continue, of course, workers and guests are required to wear masks properly, always keep their distance, if necessary meetings are expected to be held virtually. In the project, several points of washing hands have been provided, so that workers and guests visiting from the Ministry or from employers and even guests from the Head Office can wash their hands regularly.

Management is fully committed to fighting COVID-19 by forming a Task Force team, the Abipraya COVID-19 Task Force and the Covid Ranger as agents of change. Placing Millennial Abipraya as the Covid Ranger team to ensure Abipraya people are always disciplined and obeying health protocols, not only that, the team also conducts socialization via digital on applications and social media, posters and banners.

Facing current conditions, Abipraya has innovated by directing the Abipraya Video Conference (Avicon). This is a platform that can be used for Abipraya People to conduct coordination meetings virtually and safely via PC / laptop and smartphone. This is due to the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) which prohibits gathering in one room for more than five people so that physical distancing can be applied.
