Brantas Abipraya Allocation of THR Commissioner Directors to Handle Covid-19

Jakarta, July 24, 2020 - PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), known as a state-owned construction company, is channeling Corona Disease-2019 (Covid-19) relief assistance from the Holiday Allowance (THR) allocation for Directors and Commissioners. This assistance was handed over in several locations in stages, namely in Cipinang Cempedak Village, Kebon Pala Village, Ra Ak Wathoniyah 16 Foundation in Cakung-East Jakarta, Cipinang Cempedak Health Center located in East Jakarta, Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta and Wisma Atlet Kemayoran , Central Jakarta.

"Management also set aside the THR to ease the burden on the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This assistance is in the form of groceries to several Kelurahan around the office and providing personal protective equipment such as face shield hazmat clothing to the Puskesmas in the Abipraya Office area. Suradi added that this action was also a continuation of a series of Covid-19 aid distribution activities conducted by Abipraya. This is also in line with the direction of the Minister of BUMN of the Republic of Indonesia, Erick Thohir to set aside THR of Commissioners and Directors of BUMN in 2020 for humanitarian activities related to the handling of Covid-19. Brantas Abipraya was moved to mobilize assistance to several of these locations, bearing in mind that the workers and officers who served there were in the vanguard, dealing directly with the public and basic food assistance for the affected communities, totaling 1,500 packages.
