Brantas Abipraya Holds Cheap Ramadhan Food in Indramayu

PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), a state-owned company engaged in the construction sector, held Pangan Murah Ramadhan in Jatibarang Subdistrict, Indramayu. As many as 3000 packages of groceries were sold to help people in Jatibarang Subdistrict, Indramayu, West Java, get food needs at low prices.

"We have prepared basic food packages for Rp. 42,500, - and resold per package to Rp. 10,000. In this activity, in addition to synergizing with the local sub-district, Abipraya also collaborated with another SOE, namely Bulog, to provide his packages, "said Rudi Pudianto, Brantas Abipraya's Secretariat and Public Relations Manager.

Adding to his explanation, Rudi said that each package of basic necessities sold contained 1 kg of rice, 500 grams of sugar, 250 grams of salt, 420 grams of sardines and 1 liter of cooking oil. The proceeds of the sale of 3000 basic food packages will later be returned to the rightful community, orphans.

It is realized that the spirit of sharing and transmitting positive actions can shape the character of Millennial Abipraya to be more concerned with the community and the surrounding environment. Because of our expectations, with this activity Abipraya can help fulfill the food needs of the people here, "Rudi added.

This is also one proof of Abipraya's commitment as a state-owned company that is always present for the country and of course the Indonesian people. This event was held from 09.00 am until the package was sold out. Not only cheap food in Indramayu alone, the momentum of Ramadhan is also used by Abipraya by organizing activities to distribute basic needs and orphanages in several locations such as Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Jakarta, Makassar and Lombok.
